Dear Fraternal Friends:

On April 23 and 24, 2010 you are invited to a weekend of Faith, Family and Fraternalism. The Florida State Fraternal Congress and the Florida Fraternal Insurance Counselors will hold their annual convention at the Quality/Hampton Inn in Brooksville, Florida.

Your registration fee includes the following:

On Friday, there will be continuing education, sight seeing, hiking, biking, touring the historic district and a golf tournament in the afternoon .There will be a pool side cookout on Friday evening.

On Saturday, we will have our business meeting; speakers who will be sharing their expertise, inform us of recent legislative actions, teach us financial strategies and provide motivation both financial and fraternal. (Business casual dress for meetings) In the evening an informal dinner and entertainment/participation afterwards. Casual dressy for dinner.

On Sunday, our own Rev. Robert McDuffie will be conducting services.

SOMETHING NEW THIS YEAR. There are several new "forms" to be completed….a menu and a new guest form. If you are bringing a family member or guest, who do not plan to attend the meetings, then a separate form is needed for them. Please check the forms for prices of meals for guests. The registration cost for your guests will be the meals. As usual hotel costs are separate from the convention fees. We have worked very hard to make this an enjoyable weekend for you and your family/guest.

Make your reservations early… Deadline is April 1, 2010 for the early bird special. All forms are available on this site.

Continuing Education… please mark your registration form if you will be attending CE. Adequate supplies for each attendee are based on the registration. Also… no walk ins. You must be registered.

HOTEL INFORMATION. Hotel information is provided on this site and is separate from the Convention Registration.
