RICHARD HOFF MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND

image: Richard HoffMany years ago, the Florida State Fraternal Congress started the Richard Hoff Memorial Scholarship Fund. Richard would want a deserving child to have the opportunity to further his education. The Florida State Fraternal Congress and the Florida Insurance Counselors wanted you to know about Dick and the meaning behind the Richard Hoff Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Education was uppermost in everything Dick did. He had to research everything, his interest knew no boundaries.
